FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers to common website questions
Proudly serving small businesses in West Chester, Exton, Downingtown, Malvern, Kennett Square, Phoenixville, and throughout Chester, Delaware, and Lancaster Counties in Pennsylvania.
Do you only work with businesses in Chester County?
I’m based in West Chester, PA and work with a lot of businesses throughout Chester County — Exton, Downingtown, Malvern, Kennett Square, Phoenixville — as well as Delaware and Lancaster Counties. Because most of the work happens online, I also build and maintain websites for clients across the country.
Do you build on WordPress or Shopify?
Most of the websites I build are custom WordPress sites using the Divi 5 builder, which makes them fast, flexible, and easy for you to update. For online stores, I recommend and build on Shopify, which is the most reliable e-commerce platform for small businesses.
Can you help my business show up on Google and in AI search?
Yes. Every site I build starts with SEO fundamentals — clean structure, fast load times, mobile-friendly design, and schema markup. I also offer local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and AI search optimization (GEO/AEO) so tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews can find and recommend you.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. Website redesigns are a big part of what I do. I’ll review your current site, keep what’s working, fix what isn’t, and rebuild it with a modern design, better performance, and a clear path for visitors to contact you.
What happens after my website launches?
You’re never on your own. My Website Care Plan is $100/month (or $1,000/year) and includes managed hosting, daily backups, WordPress and plugin updates, security patches, and monthly support time — with direct access to me, not a ticket queue. Cancel anytime.
Can you take over hosting, domains, DNS, or email for my existing site?
Yes. I regularly take over existing WordPress sites, hosting accounts, domain registrations, DNS, and business email setups — including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration so your email actually reaches the inbox.
