Yes. The plan is month-to-month (or prepaid annually at the discounted rate) with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime.
How often is my site backed up?
Daily, as part of the standard plan. If you need more frequent protection, hourly backups are available as an upgrade.
What if I don’t use all my monthly hours?
The included hour is meant to be used each month for small updates, edits, and support. Reach out anytime during the month to use it.
Do I need a Care Plan if my site is new?
Especially then. New sites still need updates and backups from day one, and it’s easier to prevent a problem than fix one after the fact.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes. I regularly take over existing WordPress sites. I’ll review the site first, get it updated and backed up, and then keep it healthy from there.
