HubuMedia, LLC ("HubuMedia," "I," "me") operates hubu.media. This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. I built this site myself, and I'm the only person with access to the information it collects.

Contact form. When you fill out the contact form on this site, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), and your message. This is sent directly to my email address so I can respond to you. I don't sell, rent, or share this information with anyone else.

Server logs. Like most websites, this site's hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit. This is standard hosting activity used for security and troubleshooting, not for tracking individuals.

Cookies. This site uses only the cookies WordPress sets automatically for core functionality (for example, to keep you logged in if you have an account). At this time, this site does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

I use the information you submit through the contact form only to respond to your inquiry and, if we move forward, to communicate with you about your project. I don't use it for marketing emails or newsletters unless you separately ask to be added to one.

This site is hosted by SiteGround, which processes standard hosting and security data on my behalf. I don't share your contact form submissions with any other third party, and I don't use advertising networks or social media tracking pixels on this site.

I keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period after. This site runs over HTTPS, and hosting-level security tools help protect it against common threats. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, request that I correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me at john@hubumedia.com, and I'll take care of it directly. There's no automated process to navigate.

This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If I add new features to this site, such as analytics or online payments, I'll update this policy to reflect that and change the "last updated" date at the top.
